Qualifications- Must be D.O.T. certified.
- Must have CDL Class A license.
- No more than 2 preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
- No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years.
- No convictions for DWI, DUI, felony, or any drug-related offense in last 5 years.
- Must have a minimum of 6 months verifiable over-the-road experience. (Verifiable experience is defined as experience with a regulated carrier).
- Stable freight base providing miles and quality home-time on weekends.
- Starting pay up to 39 cents/mile (depending on verifiable experience).

- Assigned late-model equipment maintained in our facilities.
- To qualify as a student, the applicant must be 23 years old and must have graduated from an approved accredited truck-driving school.
- Tuition reimbursement is available.
- Training program that combines classroom instruction with personal over-the-road instruction from an experienced Harris trainer so you begin your driving career at HT in a safe environment at a comfortable pace.
- Haul exclusively Harris Trucking freight.
- Must be at least twenty-three (23) years of age.
- Possess a CDL, Class A, with haz-mat endorsement.
- Two (2) years verifiable over-the-road experience.
- No more than 3 jobs in the past year or 6 jobs in the last 3 years.
- No unexplained gaps in employment history over 30 days during the previous 3 years.
- Pass a D.O.T. physical, pre-employment drug test, and road test, and meet all company and U.S. D.O.T. standards for hiring.
- Meet minimum driving record standards:
- No more than 3 moving violation convictions in the past 3 years.
- No convictions of reckless driving, careless driving in the past 3 years.
- No felony convictions.
- No convictions of DWI, DUI or Impaired Driving within the last 3 years.
- No more than 1 MAJOR preventable accident within the last 3 years.
- No more than 2 minor preventable accidents within the last 3 years.
