Company Drivers - Experience pays!

  • Starting pay up to .39 cpm for experienced drivers.
  • Pay range: starts at .28 cpm - .39 cpm (depending on verifiable experience).
  • Hazmat bonus: .02 cpm when hauling hazmat.
  • Breakdown pay: hourly rate.
  • Layover Pay: $75 per day after the first 24 hours.
  • Stop-off: all extra stop-offs paid at $25 each (pick-up or delivery).
  • Load/Unload: $.50 times base cpm rate (ex. 32 cpm X $.50=$16.00/hr)
  • Safety bonus: 1 cent per mile paid quarterly.
  • Weekly detailed pay summary.
  • Pick-up paycheck at home terminal, direct deposit, U.S. Mail, or have pay amount put on a Comdata or EFS bank card.

Owner Operators

  • .90 cpm on all dispatched miles—loaded and/or empty—as directed by operations.
  • Stop off: all extra stop offs paid at $25 each (pick-up or delivery).
  • Load/Unload: $50 — providing customer pays for unloading and dispatch authorizes.
  • Toll reimbursement: all tolls as dispatched—must turn in valid receipt(s) with settlement.
  • Fuel surcharge: fuel surcharges collected from a customer are passed on to contractor.
  • No trailer rental charge.
  • Cash advance up to 40% of truck pay for particular trip available for fuel costs and expenses.
  • Settlements weekly (payday on Friday) on all completed trips with paperwork turned in by 12:00 noon on preceding Monday.
  • Com-Check card available for fuel, expenses (trip advances can be loaded on the card), and for payroll.

  • HT also means “Home Time.” Most of our drivers are home on weekends.

  • Weekly interest-free personal advances that can be automatically deducted from payroll.

    • Hourly rate.
    • Holidays include: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th (Independence Day), Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

  • Life insurance paid for driver and eligible dependents.

  • Driver Appreciation Week.
    • Festivities include a cookout, commemorative tee shirts for each driver, and various door prizes.

  • Driver Referral Program. $1,000 cash or .02 cpm for each experienced driver you refer who is hired and meets minimum length of employment and miles-driven requirements.

  • Training and education programs for the experienced driver. Refresher courses that improve skills and emphasize safe driving habits.
